Player Agreement Overview

These Sweepstakes Rules and Terms (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the CoinsRaid website, mobile experience, and all associated social sweepstakes promotions (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, browsing the Platform, or participating in any promotion offered through CoinsRaid, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

CoinsRaid operates as a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform. Participation is voluntary and no purchase is required to access, play, or win. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of CoinsRaid. The Company may update these Terms from time to time as described in the Termination and General Provisions section below.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Except where prohibited by law, you and the Company agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform will be resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court.

You and the Company each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only, and an arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one account holder.

Details on how to initiate arbitration, applicable timelines, and any limited opt-out window are set out in your account documentation and supplemental dispute-resolution notices. Nothing in this section limits either party’s ability to bring an individual claim in small-claims court where permitted.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or participate in CoinsRaid promotions. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that participation is lawful in the location from which you are accessing the Platform.

1. You are the person you claim to be, and all registration information you provide is accurate and current.
2. You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in social sweepstakes promotions is restricted or prohibited.
3. You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the Company where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
4. You will not attempt to circumvent geographic, age, or identity verification controls.

Because no purchase is necessary to play or win, eligible participants who prefer not to acquire Gold Coins through a promotional package may request entry through the Alternate Method of Entry described in the AMOE rules under the Digital License and Social Token Framework section below. The Company may request identity verification documentation at any time to confirm eligibility.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

CoinsRaid uses two virtual, non-monetary token types. Gold Coins are a play-only currency with no cash value that may be used solely to enjoy games on the Platform for entertainment purposes. Sweeps Coins are a promotional currency that may, where legally permitted, be redeemed for prizes in accordance with the Platform’s redemption rules.

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are granted under a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for use within the Platform only. Tokens confer no ownership interest, equity, deposit, or property right of any kind, cannot be sold, traded, or transferred between accounts, and hold no value outside the Platform’s promotional framework.

The Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) allows eligible participants to request Sweeps Coins without any purchase. Under the AMOE rules, a written request may be mailed to the address specified in your account documentation, and requests are processed and credited on terms equivalent to promotional package entries, subject to identity and eligibility verification.

• AMOE requests must include the information specified in the current promotion’s official rules, available in account documentation.
• Each eligible AMOE request receives the same Sweeps Coins allotment as the corresponding purchasable package, with no purchase obligation.
• The Company limits AMOE requests per person, per household, and per time period as described in the applicable promotion rules to prevent abuse of the AMOE rules.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any token, promotion, or redemption mechanic at its discretion, subject to applicable law and any AMOE rules then in effect.

Account Security and Profile Administration

Each participant may hold only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

You must notify the Company promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your account. The Company may require additional verification before restoring access to a compromised account and may pause account activity while an investigation is underway.

Profile information, including contact details and identity documentation, must be kept accurate and current. The Company may suspend accounts containing incomplete or unverifiable information until the discrepancy is resolved.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

The Company maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward fraud, collusion, and manipulation of the Platform, its promotions, or its AMOE process. Violations may result in forfeiture of tokens, suspension, or permanent account termination.

• Creating or controlling multiple accounts, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using bots, scripts, emulators, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Submitting false, duplicate, or fraudulent AMOE requests or identity documentation.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions instead of reporting them.
• Colluding with other participants to obtain an unfair advantage or additional tokens.

The Company may reverse, void, or adjust tokens and results connected to any activity it reasonably determines to be fraudulent or abusive, and may report suspected unlawful conduct to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All trademarks, logos, game designs, graphics, text, software, and other content available on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you.

If you submit feedback, reviews, forum posts, or other content to the Platform, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any portion of the Platform except as expressly permitted by the Company in writing.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or secure basis. Access may be affected by maintenance, connectivity issues, third-party service failures, or events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

In the event of a verified software malfunction, display error, or communication failure that affects game outcomes, token balances, or promotional entries, the Company may void the affected results and restore accounts to their last verified state.

The Company is not responsible for losses of any kind arising from outages, delays, or disruptions to the Platform, including any resulting inability to submit an AMOE request within a promotional window, though reasonable accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

The Platform and all associated tokens, promotions, and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s aggregate liability arising from your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount, if any, actually paid by you for a promotional package in the preceding twelve months, since Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins carry no cash value in themselves.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of applicable law.

Termination and General Provisions

The Company may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory reasons, or at its reasonable discretion. You may close your account at any time by following the instructions in your account documentation.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The Company’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive its right to do so later.

These Terms may be updated periodically, with the current version always available on the Platform. Continued use of CoinsRaid after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing law, venue, and other jurisdiction-specific details are set out in your account documentation.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited. These Terms do not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and the Company.
